Frédéric Romann is the Managing Director of CAPFOR, Mauritius with more than 20 years of experience in organisational development in Europe and Africa. He holds a MSc in Robotics from Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK; un Diplôme d’Ingénieur en Informatique de l’Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School, UK.
He is also a MQA certified trainer and is certified on The Science of Well-Being by Yale University. He provides advisory services to companies on The Workers’ Rights Act 2019 and on Industrial Relations.
His areas of expertise include but are not limited to talent management, organisational development, career development, change management, performance management and remuneration management. He is also an experienced virtual trainer and has conducted several workshops over the years both in Mauritius and abroad on topics such as Happiness at Work, Leadership, Influencing With Assertive Communication, Time Management and Reward Management.
His passion is to assist organizations and individuals in making change a success and bring the best out of them. He was in charge of the Change Management Practice in the Andersen Worldwide Network in Mauritius, Madagascar, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania and Uganda and was a Partner for one of the largest professional firms in the region.
Rajesvari Narasingam is a Director at CAPFOR, Mauritius with more than 20 years of experience as business consultant. She holds a MBA with specialization in HRM from Edinburgh Business School, UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA). She is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) since 2012 and has facilitated amongst others delegates at professional and Management level to enhance their skills, knowledge and ability.
She is a Certified Graduate of the Woohoo Inc Chief Happiness Officer Academy Copenhagen (2019) who works on how best leaders put happiness first to create outstanding business results and a better world. She is passionate about people development and is a certified professional transformative coach.
Moreover, she is a MQA and a DDI (USA) Certified Trainer. She was a past member of the Employment Relations Tribunal for four years. She provides advisory services to companies on The Workers’ Rights Act 2019 and on Industrial Relations. She has also worked at top management level both locally and internationally in assisting clients in the formulation and implementation of business strategies.

She has also conducted several workshops over the years both in Mauritius and abroad on topics such as Happiness at Work, Leadership, Influencing with Assertive Communication, Time Management and Transformational Coaching.
